Built in 1998, combined living room and kitchen, bed-recess one bed (120 cm), sleeping loft with 4 matresses (max height 160 cm) , wood-heated sauna, shower, WC (door to WC from terrace), cold + hot water, open terrace, refrigerator, electric stove, microwave oven, coffee maker, electric kettle, tableware and cutlery (for 6 persons), TV + radio, soapstone fire place, covered outdoor grill, rowing boat.

In common use a covered grill cottage also.
